Day 5

I still haven't got a decent sleep. In my 5 days stay here, my average sleep per day is approximately 4 hours and that was not during night time. Still have jet lag. I hope I can adjust with the timezone ASAP. It is really killing me staying awake during the wee hours of the night.

I'm missing Filipino shows, especially noontime variety shows. Unfortunately, we don't have TFC in our house. Although there are a lot of shows to choose from it is not the same as Filipino tv shows. Its either movies or sitcoms or old soaps or game shows. I miss watching live tv shows, I think the only live tv show here is the news. Although it amazed me that in one channel they are showing uncensored movies, aka R18, in the wee hours of the night. Not much censorship here unlike in the Philippines. Although its not X-Rated, but close. Hehehe.

Surprisingly, having an Savings Account here is not as hard as in the Philippines. We just got our ATM card earlier today. Although it still confused me what's the difference between a Credit Union and a Bank. I got an account in a Credit Union.
